ABOUT ME
My journey started when I became a student rep, personal assistant to my former professor, developed skills to deliver one to one tutoring and then transferred that experience into a guide-book as an author. I took this path more than ten years ago because I found it to be the best route for fully supporting students who were ambitious to succeed. The rewards of helping others and learning through teaching was very attractive for me as I felt proud to continue empowering students. I later advanced into a Module Leader and Senior Lecturer, coordinating a team of lecturers and learning providers, delivering and facilitating relevant learning environments for students to develop professional skills. Now, I find myself applying exceptional academic research skills into property, helping landlords and investors to build sustainable returns from their assets. I'm proud of my journey so far, to learn, earn, and collaborate and my next steps are already in action of co-founding a new contemporary education company which provides abundant opportunities in finance, learning, partnership, through professional standards.
I encourage students to empower themselves with knowledge, build a personal brand, and take action to network with valued communities. I welcome landlords to discuss how their property can generate sustainable cash-flow as an asset, and I also promote dedicated investors who wish to collaborate with responsible landlords to build sustainable wealth through intelligent decisions and marketing strategies.

Mohamed Alajmi MSc
Module Leader, Senior Lecturer, Property Researcher, Author
I have always enjoyed and appreciated the opportunities available in education. After I graduated I knew that I wanted to stay within the 'academic world', and so I became a volunteer assisting my Professor who actually inspired me to be a 'critical thinker' with an open mind. Once I discovered the pleasure of helping students, I then became a Visiting Lecturer after obtaining leadership experience from the tourism & hospitality sectors. I took pride in tutoring higher education students to build their own life-long academic skills and now I am lecturing and leading multiple modules to contribute valuable and practical insights that help student's find their own path towards success. This passion for learning continues to drive me forward as I inspire students to achieve their goals. Each student I help aids me to develop my own skills and widens my scope of research. This position of advantage means I can enjoy seeing each of my students making their own progress after learning essential academic skills to openly share their valuable knowledge with others within their career, to build their own businesses, and structure a better life.

I have experienced many frustrations (as we all do) and came across many barriers as a student, and therefore I understand the challenges and expectations at university. With strong confidence, I can say; "Once you know what you are doing, half the battle is won". Anyone can achieve success, no matter their level of knowledge or command of English as long as they have determination and interest within their research topic to continue developing their own skills and improve through critical thinking and learning.
